The check in process and approximate service time were as expected. But, when the service was completed, and my vehicle was brought to the checkout area, I was left waiting for 20 minutes before ever going over the work accomplished, and then paying for that work. In fact, I believe it was the Service Manager who provided me the completed paperwork, not the actual rep I was working with. This is not a good way to retain return customers.
