We were very pleased we Al and the work the service department did on our car. We are first time owners of a Honda and although our car is used andgot some years but very low mileage Al was very honest and informative in telling us what we needed to have done on the car to maintained. He also did not give up on finding an air conditioning problem we were having that wasn’t happening all the time and they found the problem. Good job!! They also did our recall we had to have done. We look forward to bringing our Honda to Surprise Honda for future service and working with Al.

I was told I would get not a coupon for any service I needed for my vechiles but the same pricing as the sales manager. I'm sure $49.95 is not the same even after I questioned the price. I also did not expect to wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. I can pay half the price with a 20 min wait and no appointment needed at Valvoline.
