David went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service. For example:
He personally hand washed my car a second time after he noticed my car was still dirty and the first wash wasn’t done right
He tried to get my text to car working and sat in the car with me for 10 minutes trying to get it to work.
He offered to help me with the extended warranty and find out what company the policy is held at.
David **** has customer service above and beyond expectations. He is a genuine nice person. Honda is lucky to have him because he is the welcoming face of the company.

Not to sound ungrateful, but Because it was almost closing time, they didn't wash the car. I know it's a courtesy, however, I didn't like the reason as to why they didn't wash it. Because Everything shuts down at 5pm sharp. So if the mechanic only needs 15min more to complete the job, he doesn't because of the strict rule that they leave at 5pm sharp, so therefore the customer has to come back the next day? Not very accommodating to the customer.

We had an issue that wasn’t detected while you had the vehicle. We were told to bring it back right away if it happens again. It happened when I left my house at 615 pm the same night. Honda service is not open after this time!
