Michael tormollan Went above and beyond his title As a service agent even when I called him on something that I had noticed that wasn’t performed in the duties of your employees performing their duties in the back I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation I had marked the rims With a blue tape to make sure they were being rotated and they we’re not I informed Mike about the situation and he handled it ....first time I use your dealership and it started off a little rocky Oh Mike when I got home I noticed they didn’t fill all the fluids in the compartment so that was just one more thing added to it It’s not your fault that people don’t wanna complete their jobs they just want to push them through no doubt you did your job thank you????
