I have been a customer of Surprise Honda for several years. As always, I continue to be impressed with the kindness and attention of all the staff. I have not worked with Mr. Volpe before, but he was particularly helpful in working with me to determine exactly what recurring services my 2014 Accord needed. I very much appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what services that my Accord did not require. The final bill was much less than I was expecting, and my Accord is running beautifully!

To be quite honest I was shocked that I was able to be accommodated after booking an online appointment the same day. My service advisor Anthony Volpe a nice gentlemen that listened to my concerns addressed me with a quote of recommendations that wasn't outrageous and I really appreciate that.
