I’m very happy with the customer service that I received at surprise Honda. Everybody I spoke to you on the phone everybody I spoke to you in person was absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about my phone call with Mike he was so professional and courteous and kind. Then I brought my car in on the wrong day and met with Rob who again was so kind and courteous. My car was fixed to the specifications that was outlined before any other work was done I got a phone call. The only thing I have to say is that it was discussed that My oil would be changed and it wasn’t. Aside from that I will always bring my car for service to your location. And if I ever do decide to buy again I will certainly go to surprise Honda.

I was able to schedule a same day service which was really nice. They allowed my bf to drop off my car and pick up the car at the end of the day. They also did just as I asked... with calling my work cell phone prior to 5pm and to call my personnel cell after 5pm (once my service was all completed). They took my payment over the phone which was actually easier for me. They literally did everything I requested with no questions asked. Great service. Will def come back to them for my next service.
