I am satisfied except that I have two issues for management to consider.
1. When it is necessary to rotate tires on car please consider “de-stoningeach tire to bring about not driving around with small stones in the tread that cause wear damage and often times are released when underway and do cause windshield breakage etc!!!!
2. When it is necessary to reset electronic items please reset the clock prior to customer pick up.....

I was ask for services I didn’t need.
I was oversold on some services (break adjustment and fluid checks) that should have been included in my regular charges, and I didn’t receive the discount for the mailer I received not my senior discount (for Wednesday) nor a military veteran discount.
I will not be back to Surprise Honda and I will never buy a vehicle from Surprise Honda!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Mike. His professionalism was demonstrated in the way he handled my appointment and auto problem. He was very knowledgeable regarding possible causes and solutions for my 2012 Honda CRV transmission problem. He accurately and succinctly explained to me how this Honda dealership would fix it.
Mike was very courteous as he greeted me for my early service appointment. He addressed me in a courteous manner. He provided several telephone repair updates through out the day. He adeptly explained necessary repair steps giving me the opportunity to proceed or not to all repair procedures. No pressure was applied. He also explained in detail all expenses to make all repairs.
Mike is the type of Service Representative that customers want to encounter. Mike should be considered for any and all future promotions and given more responsibilities.
I am very happy with the Service I received at Honda. A job well done.
