The battery on our Honda Pilot died. We were able to jump start it and we drove it directly to Surprise Honda. Nathan was very helpful and helped get us back on the road. Very happy with the service we received.

David was and is always, amazing. However, I was disappointed that after showing up to my scheduled appointment to have a copy of my key made.... I still had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes. This seems insane to me. I made an appointment for a reason.

Disappointed that the wheel balance had to be done over then it was fine. Disappointed that the prop rod to the hood fell out when I opened the hood. I had to place the prop rod back into place and turn the plastic retention ring into place for it to stay in. After spending over 2200.00, and requested they take their time to do the work well, it looked like the did everything in a hurry.
