I appreciate the level of cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere. As a new citizen to the community of Surprise, it has been quite a challenge establishing relationships with various resources such as a reliable mechanic. A place were you have confidence in the persons working with you, have your best interest.
I have frequented Surprise Honda twice, working with Mike (to whom I was assigned) who appears to me to multi-task. On both occasions I made appointments. This last visit I waited 3 hours to be told the part I wanted was not available and a list of things the car needed at its current mileage. I do understand getting backed up and unexpected events, yet I feel that was way too long of a wait. The text messages sent to the customers regarding updates on the vehicle was not beneficial....no one respond. I will be returning for the part I purchased....whenever it comes in! It is my understanding Mike will be on vacation next so I really don’t expect to hear from him, although he said he would be keeping an eye out. Thanks for reading . Detrial W

Nathan provided us great service as always. We had a prior appointment with Michael for 12:00 on another date but when we arrived we were told five people called off and it would be a 2-3 hour wait so best to reschedule. Michael should of notified us prior to making the trip over that you had a staffing issue.
