The guy who checked me in forgot to tell Lyft I needed a ride for almost 45 minutes and only after I asked how long it would be. No one told me the car was done until I called several times because I had an appointment I made them aware of when I dropped the car off. My car isn't fixed because the entire staff didn't have an Android to test the program, and then the guy who checked me in started speaking to me like I was stupid when I tried explaining the phone provider. Apparently google Fi isn't a service provider in the Honda list but they have been out for 10 years. Then my phone isn't in the list of devices either because no one has updated the website but that's been out for two years.When I asked for a TSB I got a webpage print out. When I asked for the service director I was told he wasn't in and rather than addressing my concerns they called the lot attendant to get my car and hurry me out the door. So now I have a phone that won't work with my car but the reason I upgraded to this car from my prior HRV was for Android auto that doesn't work now. LAST HONDA WE WILL EVER BUY!!! Especially from this dealership. Oh and my husband's and my accounts are mixed up with our names on each other vehicle and even though every visit I tell them to fix it and we got rid of the civic in 2019 they don't remove it from our profile.
