I was greeted with smiles, as always and needed a puzzling problem with my screen in the car fixed! Well Darrin took it upon himself to look up the problem, chat with a mechanic and fixed the problem. I then decided to get my free oil chg and double bonus, a car wash ! I came in for an oil change you guys replaced my battery and now my alarm doesn't work. I can't lock or unlock my car with my key clicker. My auto headlights doesn't work. The driver side arm panel doesn't light up. You guys gave me back my car without telling me about what i found. I noticed all the problems immediately as i drove off the lot. I came right back and The lady at the counter told me to come back another day to fix the issues. Im very busy. Now i have all these new problems.my car was just fine before i brought it in for service. Im very upset with the service i received today. I need my car fixed.

Arrived was good, service technician nice. Room for improvement: when I went to pay, some of the items where in "red". Service technician should have told me about them instead of me asking when I was paying and saw the report. It wasn't anutjing hat had to be service then, just at the next visit.

I got to the Express are at 10:45 and didn’t leave until 1:15. There are only 2 cars before me. After 2 and a half hours I went and asked how much longer it would take. They had to look for my car because they couldn’t find it. It ended up being in the other service area across the street.
