I was at Honda in the morning, everything was fine until after I noticed that 2 lug nuts were missing. My husband called and Chris was available to help us at 4:45pm when we went back to show what happened. He took care of it ASAP, didn’t charge me for anything. What a guy! Smile on his face and took care of the concerns without a question. Missing lug nuts makes me anxious, and this were the 6th and 7th lug nuts I have lost. Thank you Chris! We appreciate you!
