Left my car at 8am and then got a call by 2:45 to pick it up. In that time I replied to the text that said if I had any questions asking for an update and no reply. After leaving it all day then i have to bring it back another day because the part wasn’t in stock. The only good thing is that I don’t have to pay for it but now I’m loosing 2 days without my car for a problem with the ac when I’ve had the car not even 2 months

I am extremely happy how I was treated. I have been coming to this service center for a long time because of the wonderful treatment that I get. I live in Tustin now and there is a Honda dealership very close but because of the wonderful treatment that I get I choose to drive the distance to go to the service center to get my oil changed, etc.
