Juan was great! Juan made me feel welcomed as I waited to get an oil change, and was very transparent about the wait time. Regardless, I waited since I had time. Juan also shared the great resources available while I waited (tv room, tables, coffee, vending machines and restrooms). Juan went beyond to set me up for a next visit with another Hardin employee for my car to get things checked out. I have never gotten an experience like this with Honda let alone another dealership.
