I only heard from Kari when she called to tell me they could not fix my rear end camera as it was not covered by the warranty. At the time she also informed me they would need to order the visor to fix that problem. It would take a few days to recwive the part and to feel free to pick up my car anytime.
I called the next day and spoke to another rep I believe it was David. He was very helpfule as I was not able to pickup my car and asked him if I could leave the car their until the visor was received. He gave me an update on the status of the delivery and estimate of when the car would be ready. I waited 1 business day and the weekend as I understand hours are limited during this time. Never heard from anyone.. Called back in 4/6 to confirm my car was ready. I was told it woukd be ready that afternoon. Due to the time I stated I woukd pick up the next morning. Aside from that one call from Kari I never received a call from her or anyone else. I had to call to get updates. The visor was fixed but very unsatisfied with the customer service.
