Today I wanted to be on the oil change plan where every other time I get a free oil change but instead I got charged $52 because they didn't do my tire rotation ( they couldn't find the key for my wheel locks). Anyway, I asked why they didn't start me on the plan today and they said because they didn't want to charge me for service I didn't receive. So now I have to pay the $89 next time in addition to the $52 I was charged today. I'm now out $52 Bauer of this. I don't feel this was fair because I should have had the option to sign up today especially since it was
offered to my husband before the work was even started and he told them yes. Seems like I got taken and I'm not happy about it.

I have bought cars from you I get my oil changed regularly with you and to charge me for a brake light I $15 which I didn’t get I thought was really ridiculous I know that the other side for oil changes only is closed they were always very courteous and nice and I was explained when something else needed done besides my oil change when it was being worked on and then I would get it taken care of , This side seems to tell you after all your work done that you need more work done I guess so you can make another appointment and take more time out of your workday this will be the last time I come to get my old changed there until the other side opens up again and if it doesn’t open up again then I will never come there and have service again
