Naeil was professional, helpful and kind. The service was quick and I did not have to wait very long.
I plan on returning to Hardin Honda for any other services and will ask for Naeil in the future.

My first and most likely only visit to this Honda Service. The customer service was not up to par with other dealerships. Usually if I need to leave my car other dealerships offer a rideshare service and pay for it. I spent more than $1,000 and my car wasn't even washed. I understand with this pandemic things are different and a vacuum might be out of the question but the outside should be washed.
Bryon was helpful and I didn't experience any issues with him.
I'm just disappointed with the lack of the little details that make the experience satisfying.

I’m very dissatisfied with the fact that you guys stopped doing courtesy car washes with your service appointments all because you’re too concerned over your survey scores. That was the one and only reason I switched dealerships and now I will take my business elsewhere. This came straight from one of your employees. If you value your customers and wanted to retain them, you would not be taking this service away. The Chevy dealer we take out other car still does car washes and they get the beat survey score from me because that is essential to my service needs.

On Thursday I stop by Hardin Honda to get an estimate on the repair. I paid for the part ahead of time and scheduled a service for the following day at 7:30 am. When I arrived the service writer met me and I signed the service order. He gave me an estimated time of completion of 10:30 AM. My car was ready before the scheduled time. I walked over, paid the invoice, I got into my car and drove off. The whole process was professionally done. Wonderful service and they kept me informed the entire time. Thank you.
