I went in for a rattle in the whole dashboard and left with a “there was a pouch of change causing the rattle” are you serious!? I had the rattle before I put that there and I had to leave my car there all day! Not satisfied at all. It is not bryan Doziers fault at all he was completely helpful and understanding. Will probably go back to the dealer because what I wanted fixed is not fixed.

I made an appointment for service through the website for 3 pm for my first oil change. I was directed to Express Service and while the service writer was very friendly and helpful, I was very surprised that an oil change and car wash took 90 minutes. I’d hate to find out how long it might take if it wasn’t “Express”. I was trying to get this done on my lunch hour. Next time I will know I need to drop the car off and take a shuttle to work.

Byron Dozier”. I replied with questions and never received a response.” The system is broken. Doesn’t feel good to ask questions when they are encouraged and then not get any response whatsoever.
