Usually I wouldn’t take the time to submit any feedback because I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Honda from the day I purchased my car. I purchased my vehicle brand new and took pride in it along with keeping every maintenance record yet I’ve had nothing but problems with my car from having to replace the battery every year, having my alternator go out losing all power and control of my vehicle on the freeway two years after purchasing it as well as replacing my transmission at 60,000 miles. I brought my car in this morning due to more problems and was expecting the worse. Naeil was beyond helpful and for the first time I left the dealership happy with the outcome. It’s employees like him that Honda could really use more of to keep customers like myself that have nothing positive to say about the company until today wanting to come back. I really appreciate his great service!
