The technician was very friendly and helpful but the interior of the car was left messy. Items that were in my glove compartment previously were found behind the passenger seat on the floor along with some plastic wrap. There was also black fingerprints on the moon roof panel

I had to repeat my service request repeatedly to not only the person I spoke to to make the srv appt , the guy when I drove up who checked me in, and then my service person. None of whom got my requests right the 1-5th time. The final outcome was that one repair was not addressed at all while the mechanic found the problem noting it on the final invoice. I called to complain of the missed item and was told parts were on order... for wiper blades no less. Extremely disappointed. This is the abbreviated version of things.
