There was a miscommunication in regards to my vehicle being ready, which led to a comment about not telling me my car had a broken part and letting me drive it off the lot. I understand people make mistakes, but the comment was out of line. It made it seem like your dealership does NOT care about your customers’ safety and practices unscrupulous behavior. I won’t return and will discourage people from visiting your dealership.

When I first arrived nobody came to my vehicle to see if I needed help so I went inside. I asked if they were busy today or if this was a good day for service and the man on my right said they were a little busy, and went back to his work. So I thought I would go out to my vehicle and wait for someone to help me. No one came so after a few minutes I went back inside and asked Alfredo if he could help me, and then he said, “Yes. Sorry about that.”
