Byron was amazing but it was insanely difficult to get an update on my car throughout the day I tried texting the number I was given I tried calling but the phone would only ring and ring and if they did pick up it immediately hung up. I understand they’re busy and don’t blame them but I was told I’d get an update by maybe around 2 and didn’t hear anything until I went back to the dealership around 5:30 and was told it would have to stay overnight. It was just frustrating
