I set up an appointment a month in advance to have my air conditioning looked at in my vehicle. I waited in the lounge for four hours and the service department hadn’t even started or even took a glance at my car. Since I was given no direction as to how long my vehicle would need to be there as I watched many others show up without making appointments and being readily serviced, I decided to take my car home. I felt like I wasted half of my day. I realized there’s no sense in making an appointment ahead of time.

The customer service I received was excellent the quality of the repairs sub-par. I brought my vehicle in because the doors had a recall. I got the vehicle home and then found out that the wiring was not completed and the window would not go down, so I had to bring the vehicle back again to Hardin Honda. Then, the clasps holding the door frame together we're not secured, so I had to bring the vehicle in again. I trusted that everything was taken care of but realized a few days later, that again the wiring was not completed and the window would not go up and down anymore. I brought the vehicle in today, then thought at least it'll get washed, but that also did not happen. It is a little bit frustrating bringing the vehicle in 4 times regarding the same item. Again, customer service was excellent, but the quality of the repairs make me question the work being done at this location.

I was in line for appointments and a car drove up in the walk in line. She went in and a guy came out to help her with no appointment. I had to wait 10 more minutes a total of over 20 min to be helped. I think you could improve on the appointment and checking people in. Other than that it was excellent service provided. Thank you.

I called and texted multiple times but was not able to get in touch with the service department. I called the phone number on your service form and it just rings and rings. I had to call the dealership number and have them connect me for anyone to pick up. When I did get through I was put on hold once for almost 15 minutes before I just hung up.
