Juan has excellent customer service skills. He was outside to greet me right away. I got to verify why I was there. He explained what was going to happen pertaining to the recall and a check list he was going to go over with my car. He showed me where the customer service waiting area was and how long the visit would take approximately. I received a text while I was waiting to respond back if I had any questions. No need, he had already gone over everything. Excellent service.
