Our car had the engine light on and tire pressure light on. The Honda express advised me to go across to have it checked. Went to the walk in line. It was busy, I was never acknowledged with hi we will be right with you as soon as possible. This was between 11:00 and 11:30. I decided to wait for the car, they would check it and do maintenance work. The tech thought it would be done around 2:00 depending on what was wrong, I was told he would let me know. I waited and no one came to let me know. I heard there was a meeting. The car was done at 3:55. I would have appreciated if someone would have let me know what was going on. I was disappointed in the customer service on this visit.
