Alexander's service was great. When it came to a question about the red check mark on my fluids, I didn't really get an answer. He didn't know if it was my brake fluid or transmission fluid. I did the brake fluid a few years ago. He did say I need a transmission service next time. I did a transmission service at 30k miles, last June??. So again, he was very courteous and answered my questions. I just am probably a little more concerned about making sure I keep my car right, than most people?? I have always used you guys for service, and I will continue to use you. Thank you!

Alex said it would take 3 hours. I came in at 10:09AM and left at 2:44PM. Which is much longer than 3 hours. Alex did not check on me during the 4 hour and 30 plus minutes. I was waiting in the lounge the entire time. He forgot about me and my car. I don’t think he cared at all.
Juan was my saving grace. He finally was able to see that my car repairs were finally completed.
What a nightmare…
