Please note that my purchase of the pilot was unique in that it strictly was used for 7000 mile road-trips and was garaged when not on these annual/semi annual trips. Juan understood the customers needs and ensured the car would be ready for our next trip in the Fall.

He did not return my calls to get an update and finally after calling multiple times a message was taken to him and he responded 2 hours later. He was charging me for 4 tires when Tuesday I had only bought 2. He corrected it after I told him. Today he was charging more than initial estimate and when I told him I was dissatisfied with his service he lowered it. I spent Tuesday $960 and today 183$ and on both occasions he did not wash my car. I think it was age discrimination. I have been coming to you about 12 years and this is the 1st time the service was bad. Ilyana
