Very quick service , I used the express service option. The staff was polite and waiting area was very nice and spacious, i had kids with me and the kids play area made my wait time very convenient since kids were playing there , they also had free coffee, pop corns and a vending machine also if you want to buy some drinks. Overall a very pleasant experience!

I like the reminder that David and the shuttle service driver if I got everything I need in the car specially my house key. I view it as a friendly reminder without any negative thoughts on it.
