Juan is a good employee but I felt I was led down a dishonest path. I had an indicator light on/ tire pressure. I simply asked to check it out & nothing more because I had to get my husband over to an appointment @ 4:00. Being told only an hour I said OK. It took an hour & a half to put it up on the rack for a complete inspection which I didn’t want that day. Late for the appointment now… I just needed what I asked for. DC Honda in Temecula & other Honda Service centers have made me happy. This visit I was less than happy. Not the biggest deal- I’m a patient person. But really… JUST do what is asked.

The worst experience of my life I have been to about 4 different Honda dealers for oil changes in the last 7-8 years. I never plan to go back to this location.
