I came in for a routine service expecting it to be about 1 1/2hour. (as I was told). I was left sitting in the customer lounge over 2 hours before the agent came to review the work progress & suggested additional work needed. Then it was another 2 hours & I had to go to the Service Desk & ask when car would be finished. Poor customer communications & lack of concern for my LONG wait time makes me question of I will be back to Hardin Honda.
