The service was quick and the people were friendly / informative. They did a thorough job with all aspects of my vehicle. Best part, my car's oil life was back to 100% and the ride home was smooth without worry. I was definitely satisfied with the service brought up. They do a good job in my opinion.

Honda gave my car back with a nail and a deep slash on tire, notified Alex he said take it home cuz the manager was not there and they couldn’t do anything about it. Also he started it was our fault as we were driving out the car. Drove my car home risking my life and my brothers, I am supper unsatisfied with the service at Honda and I have taken multiple cars at different Hondas all my adult life.

I bought my Pilot and have only had my maintenance services done at Hardin Honda.After my last service my temperature was not correct on my dashboard. I asked if this could be re-set while I was leaving my car for the whole day for the service recalls to be fixed as well as my B1 service. After leaving my car from 9:24 am until 5:45 pm, the 3 mechanic s said they couldn’t or “”wouldn’t “ be able to fix it then as I’m sure they wanted to just go home at 6. I was told I would have to now pay out of my pocket on another day for them to charge me a diagnostic service to have them re-set my temperature, as it was erased by them on my previous service.
I also requested that all my fluids would be checked under the hood on my B1 service. I was told they would be. As I looked under my hood yesterday, I noticed my coolant is completely down- almost to where the minimum line is marked! Just had my service done last Saturday and it was not even filled! I’m very upset with my service after leaving my car there the whole Saturday and not even getting the service I requested done!
