The service was great. But it just took too long. Jiffy lube is a lot faster.

Yes, I am satisfied with your customer service. Especially with David. But I do not satisfy with the vehicle service team. I stated what is wrong with my vehicle. But you cannot find it out. After I picked up my vehicle today, it still has these issues when I drive it. I did send David the video I recorded regarding the issue. I hoped that you can fix it but you did not. I called first about how much to replace a catalytic converter and the ballpark was around $1500, so I brought my car in. Then I was quoted over $4000 !!!
It felt like a ‘bait n switch’ scheme. I won’t be back.

Everything is as great until I arrived to pick up my car and had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my car back. I was told that I had to come back at 4pm because they close at that time! So, I left to run an errand really quickly, I skipped stopping for a bite despite how hungry I was because the guy that assisted me told me to be back by 4! I rushed in consideration of all the workers thinking I don’t want to keep anyone waiting just because I’m arriving past 4! To find out that wasn’t the case did bother me!
