I dropped off the vehicle on Friday 06/02/23. Juan told me that it will be done on Monday. No message or any call on Monday, I have to call the dealership to ask about my vehicle status, and someone else told me the part will arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday no message and call as well, I have to call the dealer again. It happened on Wednesday also. Juan told me he will call me on Thursday. Thursday with no call and message again. I have to call several times and state that I need my car back since it has been almost 1 week. I received my vehicle today with the concern has not been fixed. My car still has a weird noise although the dealership told me they fixed it. This is the second time I brought my car to the dealer and have had to wait for a long time and get nothing. I don't want to make it difficult for you, I just wanted to fix my car please tell me when it is done or give me updates. Sorry Juan for these comments but I have to say it. I will bring the vehicle back to the dealership.

My issue did not get resolved. I showed David a video of the noise my car makes and he did not ask me to send him the video to show to the technicians. The technician working on my vehicle did not hear the noise, but when I came to retrieve my vehicle, I showed him the video and he immediately recognized the sound and identified the issue. David’s lack of communication cause both myself and the technician to waste our time.
