I recently went to Hardin Honda for a recall service and David Saldana helped me and he figured it out right away. He went to check with the technician if was possible to do it now because was kind of late in the afternoon and David came back and told me leave your car and it will be ready in 20 minutes. He was right my car was ready in 20 minutes wow! Thanks David you really knows your job thanks for that good customer service you are awesome.

Typically i would go to the Express Service side because of the fast turn around time. After my last experience where the guy was rude i decided i would deal with it taking longer than deal with them. Juan was very helpful and understood what i was there for. He did not try to get me to pay for other things and tell me i needed to do it or i would need to stop coming to Honda. Will definitely keep bringing my honda to the regular service side.
