Adrian was quick and straight forward. I appreciate the transparency as well as his knowledge regarding the services. The follow up phone calls as well as his yearn to answer my questions and concerns were helpful and appreciated. I do not know much about vehicles so it was nice to receive clarification. Also, his humor and professionalism was fantastic. He was very personable and it appears he enjoys his job very much. Thank you for creating a positive space. Waiting almost 5 hours is no joke!! The service advisor and cashier were great. We were there for four new tires. However upon picking up the car, the rims had gunk on them plus if they did replace the valve stems, they left all the caps off of them. Normally we buy our tires at outside tire stores, the rims are spotless with new caps
