I have been a loyal customer to Hardin Honda Anahieim for over 5 years. I purchase my vehicles here and trust no one else with service but you. I've been to other local honda dealers and their
customer service is no match to yours. However, today I came in on a Friday at 9:00 am from corona for a 9:15 appointment. I met with the manager Matt and he was very unprofessional. He had a coke and popped it open and did not greet me just asked what is the proplem? I tried to explain that I had an appointment. Instead of giving me any solutions he was very unprofessional and offered no help at all and was a jerk. I wish he would take some customers service classes and when I need help a manger should be offering solutions. This guy is way too comfortable in his job and the business service he is leading is not to the standards I am am accustomed to. Do better Matt and upper management tighten the reasons
