I spoke with Matt Sharp this morning about being charged $133.05 for the rear differential fluid portion of the A16 service on my manager car through AHFC (motor company car) and not only did he repeatedly speak over me, he told me that it was MY problem that he had trouble getting claims paid by the motor company. To make bad matters even worse, he had two different people call me back and leave voicemails to tell me that I’d be getting a refund. Did Matt have the decency to call me to apologize for speaking to me the way he did? Absolutely not. I will never go back to this dealership. And I’ll never refer and friends/family to this dealership for anything. Totally unprofessional and a terrible way to represent the brand.
