My family has purchased cars and had sevice done at Hardin for over 50 years. I personally have gone to Hardin Honda for 20 years. The last 3 years, I don't like changes in the sevice & sales department. All new staff at service department. Last year I bought pre owned certified car and an extentend warrenty. When I went to the dealership this morning, the contract that I purchased from your finance it was not in the computer system. Inconvience for me, I was very disappointed. I had a problem with my car the other day when I was driving on the freeway I had the A/C on and smoke came out of the vent for 30 seconds . I turned the A/C off 15 minutes later my car smelt like something was burning I thought I had an electrically problem. I took in this morning, I had to call finance too get copy of the contract. your staff needs to make changes

Surprised my car was not washed after service. I go to Honda World in Westminster and they wash my car EVERY time without question. It is a common courtesy they provide their customers and it is very much appreciated. Rudy was friendly but he neglected to take my Honda key off my key ring and I unfortunately didn't catch it until I got home. I will take responsibility for that however.

I don't feel as if they fix the problem that I went in for her And I think it could have been fixed, now I am left without an answer as to what to do. They had also asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said that I did and yet when I got there it was not washed. It also took them 15 minutes to go and get my car, even though they had contacted me three hours prior letting me know it was ready.
