By the time I waited in the parking area and then did the paperwork, paid and then left, it was 1 1/2 hours. If you could get all of us in and out in under 1 hour, that would be great. I did accomplish a lot of paperwork at a desk and I did enjoy a donut and good coffee so I can't complain.

The first time I came in you told me you had the part. Then you said there were a couple pieces that might get bent and wanted me to come back when you had the extra parts. I said no, go ahead and put it on. If the other pieces get bent I will just come back. Then you came back a second time and said the piece came in bent and you could not put it on. So you wasted 3 hours of my time and I had to come back once you "got the new piece". Extremely unsatisfied with your service.

He didn't excellent job in all respects. One of the very finest I've encountered an iPhone many cars in my life. Please be sure you commend him on what he did to help me and my daughter. It is my daughters car and I was helping her to get her 60,000 mile service while I was in California for her graduation. In the past, we received a complimentary car wash with each service, including oil changes. Today, a car wash was not offered after our car was serviced. The wait today was longer than stated as well. Very disappointed by the poor service and bad practice of cutting costs at the experience/satisfaction of the customer.
