I felt he was unreasonably nitpicking while looking at the body of my car. In fact 8 of the 10 nicks or damages he pointed out and was putting on file, I wiped off with my hand. And the other 1 of 2 is so small it's impossible to see unless in a certain light, and the other one is too small to measure. I guess you could say one millimeter by one millimeter. This just made me think that the Hardin service department is looking for whatever possible way to return my car not in the same shape as they got it. It just made me very suspicious why the dirt on my car could have been documented as a dent or a nick.

I had to wait for almost an hour for the shuttle service despite scheduling in advance. May be today was a busy day with lot more opting for shuttle service. Else car service by rep as well as pick up timing was very good.

I feel I got taken for more money than I was su to pay. I went for an oil change and a tire rotation and I was charged 72 dollars. I'm even skeptical about going back. I always took all my 3 hondas there.

no need to contact me. next time some communication about shuttle delay ahead ofor time would be appreciated. I arrived at 743 am and I expect to arrive at work by maybe around 830 am but the shuttle service didon't take us till around 9ish. Needless to say I didn't make a meeting at work and if I would have knowing about the shuttle delayed I would have been better able to plan my work schedule or taken my car in on a different day. also the very first time I took my car in I appreciated the constant communication with the text message as to the status of work being done on my car. this time I only received one text messaging saying i checked in and one later telling me work was completed. and because the shuttle was so delayed I I went along with whatever time the shuttle picked me from work in order to collect my car before I was left stranded at work. overall my first visit there was 10 times better than this secondary visit. I'm just glad the repairs done weren't as expensive.
