Omar and the staff I dealt with were all very courteous, helpful, and professional. My experiences at Hardin Honda have always been good, all the times I've been there for car services. I bought my Honda CR-V at Hardin Honda. After moving to Huntington Beach, I continue to bring my CR-V to Hardin Honda for car services because of the excellent service and customer service I receive. Omar was wonderful and understanding. My rear windshield needed to be replaced becouse of defective glass. However, the new glass has the same defect! I'm not happy at all with the glass. I'm paying almost 30k for my car and I can't even get a normal rear window that I can see out of.

So much more friendly than the Dodge dealership around the corner. If you guys would service my jeep, I would much rather prefer to take it to you guys. The staff really cared about me and my car. Dodge staff was rude and didn't care about my jeep. You guys accomplished more in a shorter amount of time. Dodge didn't even top off all my fluids and took 2 hours to change my oil!! So sad but such an eye opener to see the difference in customer service. Honda wins again. They took care of me in North Carolina and again here. Love it. Keep up the great work! I'll definitely be bringing my car to you again! And perhaps my jeep too if that's accepted!!
