This was my first time using your services, so a bit more orientation would have been helpful. I am sure the service itself was done well, but I was told someone would come let me know when the car was done since I was waiting in the lounge. That didn't happen. If you normally send a text, great, just say so and then I would have been sure you had my number. Instead I was waiting over half an hour while you texted my husband and then he let me know my car was done half an hour earlier. Also, you said if you were still there, you would be who would let me know when it was done, you could have just told me I will check out with the cashier not you. I would not have waited patiently at your desk while you were with another customer, if you hadn't said you'd be the one to handle things. James is a great guy and probably does great work, just might be good to remember someone new doesn't know how everything works and is relying on you for clear instructions and Information.
