I am just recovering from knee replacement surgery. Rudy made sure he brought me everything I needed to see or sign so I didn't have to walk very far. I really appreciated the extra effort he put forth to save me unnecessary walking.

I was informed that the simple recall would only take 45 minutes of my time. Instead, there was a wait of just under 3 hours. I wasn't provided with any status updates until I returned to the Service Advisor area. Upon my return I was told my vehicle was ready. After that, there was a mixup with my information and I was handed the incorrect car keys. After this, the Service Advisor came to the Cashier area and stated that there was an additional update for my vehicle and was taking longer than anticipated. I waited another 40 minutes (for a total of just under 3 hours) for the final update to be completed.

I have had a few unwelcoming experiences with your reps however, Rodolfo is an exception. He is always kind and respectful. This is paramount to the customer service world. In closing, I would like to add that the lady in the service area which I believe to be the supervisor can be very condescending.She does not accept feedback very well and quite often takes it personal causing strain when dealing with her. She came up to me yesterday while standing with Rodolfo and made a nasty remark which I chose to ignore because at the end of the day, it would be useless to entertain her demeanor. I look forward to speaking with someone about her. And again, Rodolfo stands out. Kind courteous listens attentively and gets the job done. He takes his time to explain things and most importantly,he knows how to tell someone that they're car will need more work than they thought. Team Rudy. CYNTHIA E

The customer is good but the wait is kind of long for oil change and wait for 2 hrs. I suggest they should get it done little more faster. Other than that I am happy with the service.

After service, my passenger window glass is not going down. I brought this issue to the representative but he just striked it off by saying that they have done nothing to it instead of fixing it. I am totally dissapointed by the service that you guys have provided me with.
