Did not respond to text requesting update; never proactively called me with updates and required me to call several times over two days to determine status of repair. We scheduled a 7:45 am dropoff and were then told the vehicle probably wouldn’t get seen until the next day, which is what happened. What’s the point then of making an (early AM) appt if the car is just going to sit all day without even starting service?
