This is the second I’ve brought my car into Hardin Honda. Each time I’ve paid to have my tires rotated. The first time, the tires were rotated. This time, the tires were not rotated. I know this because my daughter hit a curb causing damage to the driver side tire. That tire was rotated to the driver side back left after my first visit.
I took my car to the wash after the second visit and the damaged tire is still in the same spot. So, the tire rotation was never completed. I paid for a service that was not completed. Needless to say I’m not happy and will not be returning to Hardin Honda in the future.
I’m almost certain nothing will be done and I’ll be really surprised to hear back from anyone.

Service advisor Cezar Melena was nice and professional. He explained the time it would take for the various recalls and oil change. He offered transportation if I was in need. Luckily my husband had followed me and I had someone to drive me while my car was being repaired. The next day Cezar called me and let me know my car was ready. Thanks again Hardin Honda.
