I washed my car very nice and clean a day before I took it to do a first 5000k miles oil change but after I received it I was not happy cause they washed my car again but didn't dry it with towels so water spots all over a car and it looked so terrible and made me not satisfied with it , sorry to tell the truth,

it took awhile to be helped and I had to go find someone, but once I found someone, customer service was great, time ING was right on, however I was disappointed with the car wash, it would have been nice to see water dried off the car than the way it was. It was hard to see out of side mirror with the water spots.

I have been going to your service for years!!! My crv is 2001. So many people left& I almost left going to get service there since each person wants that's extra commissions to make you pay thousands of . I was able to find bryon who is more into the service of car than getting commissions. I know I need certain things done but he said next time! Thank you bryon.
