Extremely satisfied. One note had to rake shuttle arrive 8:10 and finally u arranged a lyft ride why do u not have two vans running N & S every min 15 minutes in your peak hours then every 30 minutes till around 10 when things calm down. Otherwise just use lyft or Uber. That would make u superior to other dealers.

You sold us this car with the 5 year all wheels and tires warranty, but have no record of that fact anywhere in your computer or files? So when my husband was there this Monday, he had to pay for you to replace a tire that should have been 100% covered, and then when he brings you a copy of your own receipt for the warranty purchase, you refuse to refund the payment???? Now we have to wait 2 weeks for a check to be mailed to us, when you could have just reversed the credit card payment???? Seriously, what about any of this ridiculous story sounds like good customer service????

The re-paint job was promised to be done on Saturday, 05/06/17.
This was additional time on top of the original completion estimate of 05/03/17.
The team did their best to make up for it by driving out to my place of work to swap my vehicle for the loaner, but the waste of 2 hours on my weekend was very frustrating.
