My experience with Harding Honda as always but it was a while. Many of us have experienced a horrible feeling of your car not acting appropriately when it happened to me I started to panic. From the second I arrived to the service center I was greeted with a smile and the assurance that they would take care of me. Alfredo did a wonderful job calming my nerves. I drop my vehicle off and immediately began receiving text messages from Harding a Honda status updates. Alfredo call me once they determine that the vibration in my car was due to a faulty tire in the rear passenger side and gave me options over the phone with zero pressure to move forward. I made the decision to have the work done at Hardin Honda based on their customer service. Two new tires later I received a text message saying my vehicle was complete and it also presented me with the option to pay. I took advantage of the early pay System and was 100% pleased. Picking up my car was fast and easy and he gave me the opportunity to once again thing Alfredo or all of his hard work. Thank you Alfredo!
