I appreciated his patience - answering all of my curious questions! He also communicated through texts/emails to keep me posted about the service, parts,and timing of the repair! I appreciated all the texts because I am a teacher at a year-round school! We are in our 3rd week of school so I am very busy! I appreciated the speedy repair that returned my car fixed and ready for another school year of 4 year old TK students! I arrived with an issue & as always Chris Montag helped me out, got my Pilot tested & delivered a diagnostic within a reasonable timeframe. It being a Saturday afternoon i was ready to wait at least 4 hours for the repair. But after 2 hours & 15 minutes, his staff was able to repair my 2011 Pilot within 3 hours.
