I expected my fluids to be topped off with my service, not just inspected. I wasn't pleased that it was no cost to inspect my shocks but there was for the AC. The space felt unwelcoming and the service rather abrupt. I didnt think the recommended maintainance was clearly explained. I feel the cost of what I paid for my service did not equal the value of what I expected of Honda.
In past I have been a Toyota person, going to Miller Anaheim for years. I have not been charged these diagnosis fees and am always pleased with my service there. I am disappointed in my first Honda service trip, as I expected more. Unfortunately I don't plan on returning to this particular location, if I return to Honda at all.

Service was quick and staff were friendly. I enjoy going to Hardin Honda for maintenance checks. The staff are always very helpful and responsive. The amenities at the location is great as well.
